Golden Hay Field Planning Application Documents

An original planning appication was made in 2022 (22/00009/FUL) for 8 dwellings. This received a large number of objections from the village. The promoter then withdrew the application, possibly because it woudl have been rejected and that would impact furhter applications.

The second application was submitted in 2023 and this was subsequently approved by the Planning Committte in Feb 2025. 23/00569/FUL

  • The Erection of 8 Affordable Dwellings, 5 Market Sale Dwellings, Access and Associated Works on the Land To The Rear Of Golden Hay Main Street Dumbleton Evesham Gloucestershire

An Application to discharge planning preconditions for 23/00569/FUL, above, was made in May 2026 under: 26/00069/CONDIS 

and a Variation to 23/00569/FUL was submitted later on 30th June 2026, under 26/00511/FUL
